Try Our Free Online Drink Driving Awareness System this Christmas
11/12/2012

As our final news story for 2012, we’d like to remind all companies about our free online drink driving awareness course at www.drinkdrivingkills.com.

Designed to raise awareness of drinking and driving, and in particular the dangers of ‘morning after drinking’ when drivers find themselves unwittingly over the limit, the course is fun, informative and interactive.

“Many companies have encouraged staff to use this online tool in order to remind them of the dangers of drinking and driving, and we’ve had some incredible feedback as a result,” said Jonathan Mosley, director of sales and marketing at E-Training World.

“Part of the course involves the user pouring a drink into a glass to see if they appreciate what a unit of alcohol looks like. It then asks you how many drinks of that size you may consume in an evening and gives you an indication of how long it could stay in your body.

“There’s also a braking simulator to show how your reactions are impaired through drinking.”

E-Training World’s advice is that if you are driving, do not drink at all. The online course is also simply to raise awareness, and any timings and quantities are for illustrative purposes only to raise awareness.

Please feel free to add it to your web site or send it to your company drivers.
