Risk Assessments for Commercial Vehicle Fleets – A New Specialist Service

E-Training World has launched a tailored risk assessment solution for commercial vehicle drivers.

The service enables vocational drivers to carry out a risk assessment by answering questions in a booklet that is posted to them. They can then complete the assessment and send it back to either E-Training World or their fleet manager so that their risk rating can be calculated.

“With limited access to the Internet, vocational drivers find it difficult to put enough time aside to sit in front of a computer to conduct the online risk assessment. After all, time is money”, said Sharon Woodhouse, director of E-Training World customer services. “We therefore developed an approach with the booklets which is much easier for them, and for those that still prefer to conduct the assessment online that option remains available too”.
