All Female Fleet Driver Training Company Appoints E-Training World

The UK’s only ‘all-female’ fleet driver training company has appointed E-Training World as its partner for the provision of online risk assessment and e-driver training services.

Venus Fleet Consultants, the Huddersfield-based fleet driver training company, run by Joanne Dixon and Debra Flynn, only employs female driver trainers to offer the very highest standards of in-vehicle training and risk consultancy.

“There are a great deal of companies who employ a high proportion of women drivers and quite often they prefer to be taught by a fellow female”, said Joanne.

“We reviewed a number of online driver assessment and e-driver training systems but we chose E-Training World’s because it was straight-forward, simple to use, accurate, clear and educational. As a professional driver trainer, I could see it had been developed by fellow professionals and quite simply, it fitted with the culture of our business and was best suited to our customers’ needs.

“And its not only women we train, by the way – a lot of men find that being trained by a professional female fleet driver trainer is a far better experience than perhaps they would be prepared to admit to their colleagues”.
